Can a pastor/reverend perform a non-religious wedding ceremony? - non-religious wedding program
This is for a wedding in New Jersey. They are not religious, but my cousin is a new minister and I have mentioned that if they are not in a position to "secular".

Our ceremony was not religious, but we had a Buddhist minister to do so () one of my friends. He agreed that with and had a few marriages that may be religiously and some of the messages, but not.
It depends on the pastor. I do not lie or deceive. I'm sure it would be an honor when you want to officiate.

Hello. I agree with the first poster. Legally, yes, there is nothing to prohibit a priest, not a make-religious ceremony. But the reason your cousin was a pastor, of course, because it has a strong sense of religion and God. Regardless of whether or not a non-religious ceremony, as a request of you is a question they can answer.
I'm sure legally possible, but the question is whether she wants.
But one can not deny it, because they believe that God must be part of marriage.
