You only need one license in Canada if you move here. If you are a tourist, then you naturally have to use your American license (if valid).

ETA: If you are here for 4 years from Canada (BC)-get license. And the answer, says the police do not know how long you're been there, when you arrested, get, what they know. To guarantee that you will not reflect your new address information will be consistent. Even if your car is here as long as you need in Canada (BC) plates, which in turn have a different address, then his license.

And only a Security Council .... if he continues to change so little self-confidence and settle here, but things ... If you have an accident while you're here, you can alsoFind your insurance company disclaims any liability or claims, since they would violate the conditions.

You may need a license in Canada if you are planning for more than a year. I think you have (buy about 3 months but if the police firing, as they know how long they have resided in British Columbia have) for 3 months (ISH).

If it does not (a full license for minors) for a period of two years, you may be entitled to change your license to the United States for Canadians. Note that, in this case, your license will deliver America the Canadian. A simple process of paying money to make your photo and voila. However, if your license within 2 years, then it is best to consult the policy on the issue of office in order to base camp.

The note from my friend moved to Alberta and had trouble onlyhis license because the Americans have no date of issue only an expiration date. If they show his license or a license bureau to secure their issue before arriving at base camp. It saves a lot of questions of trust for me.

Move or go from here? If you are just a visitor, your license is good for us. If you intend to move to British Columbia, then Apply for a new license .... Consideration should probably consider a provincial license instead of a national licensing

Yes, everyone who visits Canada should establish an address in Germany and received a license before they drive into the situation.

I, when I visited. If you move permanently, you must obtain a license in Canada.

There is no such thing as a license "in Germany" ... Province is responsible ... to0 Havre or licensing in "BC"

You do not need a Canadian driver's license. The United States is doing.
