Well, ok I know I'm young, but I need sites that were stopping me more if I to BMI I weigh 110 but 140 and Appin real need and they tell me to rattle the **** *

My ideas? Do not try 200 minutes cardio per week. Note that fat is not in the muscle again, so you need to lose fat while putting on muscle. Hard work, but not more than 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other exercises of the ABS on two days.

Within days of training has 5-10 minute cardio warm-up, then you can weight training. 30 to 60 minutes cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after a workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles to take over or whey isolate, soy protein-protein. Whey is stronger, but the soy tastes better!

Do not look at your scale as the beginning and end of everything, but you check a tape measure to the progress, and show more tangible results.

Read magazines such as shape, women's fitness, fitness, etc get tips and motivation to keep up.

Good luck and stick. This plan has lost me 20 pounds in 12 weeks so far, go for it!
